Friends of the Raynham Council of Aging, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. Our mission is to render a program of service, to institute fundraising projects for items not provided for by the town of Norton or the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. this will ensure greater community interest and perpetrate the dignity and well-being of Senior Citizens of Raynham, by our efforts, enterprise, and endeavor. this group is self-governed, but will work with the Senior Citizens, the Council on Aging, and the Senior Center.
Anyone can join Friends of the Raynham Council on Aging, Inc. and play a meaningful role in supporting the programs and services that benefit local seniors. Membership is open to people of all ages, because caring for older adults is something that connects every generation—we all have parents, grandparents, neighbors, or friends who deserve support and community. You don’t have to live in Raynham to get involved; many members come from surrounding towns, have family in Raynham, or simply want to give back to a community they care about. Whether you’re volunteering your time, helping organize events, or contributing to fundraising efforts, your involvement makes a real difference. We warmly welcome everyone to join us in this important mission, guided by our slogan: “Honor yesterday. Support today. Protect tomorrow.”
